Based in Piemonte, One on The Hill is a private wine club built around intimate dinners, brining exceptional wines, food and people together around one table.

Once a year, they come to New Jersey.

One table, 16 guests.

In the kitchen will be Chef Fabio, a talented chef from Alba who has worked in kitchens throughout Piemonte.

He credits his grandmother's kitchen for his most important lessons, bringing the food of Piemonte to life through it's traditions, culture, and stories.
